"It is with great pleasure that I write this letter. Yesterday was my husband’s retirement party, which was catered by your establishment, New York Picnics. What a stupendous time we all had, and gastronomically speaking, we were totally sated with the delicious foods we were privileged to taste. What could be better than your marinated Sliced Steak, or your Grilled Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onions, or even your Eggplant Parmigiana, accompanied by the all-time favorites of Franks and Burgers on the Grill? Rave reviews were received when our company tasted your Buffalo and Teriyaki Wings. And who could resist the Fresh Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad, and Pasta Primavera. I would also like to commend the Men who set up and served with smiles on their faces. Michael Vento and Joe Powers were a compliment to the food. Their competent and speedy set u, their jovial mannerisms and extreme politeness only reinforced our decision to hire New York Picnics. These men are truly a tribute to you, since they represented your establishment so well. Our guests remarked about both, Michael and Joe, as well as the food. "I can’t believe that I have waited this long to respond. I just wanted to let you know so that you can pass my message along to your superiors that the Clambake that your company catered was a huge success despite the inclement weather that threatened to intrude but didn’t. We had wonderful weather that day. It was cool and breezy and sunny. I have pictures to prove it! The two gentlemen who did the cooking, setting up and breaking down were superb. The food was plentiful and delicious. The Lobsters were excellent. The Mussels in Wine Sauce were fantastic and everything else couldn’t have been better. I should have asked if your staff had business cards because people have asked me who did the catering. I am totally psyched to have another party. The Clambake was a reception for my daughter and son-in-law. They were married in March in Phoenix (Despite the fact that they live in LA) and only had a few family members and some friends present. Since they both grew up here in Bellport, all of their local friends were able to get together and wish them well. I was very pleased with everything. Keep up the good work."

Each package comes with a minimum of 2 staff members (depending on # of guests) which will arrive approximately 2 hours before your events to set up, prepare, grill, and oversee the buffet for the 4 hours.

Bartender - $225 (includes 4 hours) | $50 each add'l hour
